Encoder failed to connect to RTMP server

This article helps you to set up a live stream from your encoder.

If you are getting an error while connecting to RTMP URL then check the below-mentioned steps.

• Check the ping result to the origin server (eg: ping IP address).
• Check the traceroute result to the origin server.
• RTMP URL typo.
• RTMP URL any spaces in the URL.
• Verify the RTMP URL and stream key.
• Check PC CPU usage or load.
• Check PC memory.
