How to view tickets?

To view the tickets you can follow the steps,

• Login to 5centsCDN console.
• Go to Portal Home.
• Click the “Tickets” icon(Green colored) to view the tickets.

• On the redirected page, you can view the existing tickets or you can open a new ticket.
