My SSL is not active, why?

Normally the SSL deployment takes some time. The deployment time is based on the network.

• For Standard, Volume, and Premium networks take 24hrs of time.
• For Enterprise network take up to 48hrs of time.

My SSL not deployed after the required time, Why?

If the Cname is not pointed correctly to our hostname, the SSL won’t start the deployment.

If your Cname is cdn.yourdomain.com then you have to point it to our hostname.

eg: cdn.yourdomain.com -> push111.5centscdn.com

Ensure the Cname added to the console and configured the appropriate SSL option.

In case of live stream, you have to add Cname in Dasboard>Live streams>Global settings>CNAME/SSL

In the case of Push or Pull zone, you have to add Cname in Dashboard>Zones>HTTP/VOD>Push/Pull>Manage>CDN Resource>Custom Cnames, and you have to select SSL
