  • What is Prorated Bandwidth? How does it work?
    Prorated bandwidth means the bandwidth allocated for a portion of a month. Suppose the user is ordering for a service that contains 1TB bandwidth on 5th April then he only needs to pay for the remaining 25 days. So the user will not get 1TB bandwidth completely. It will allocate based on the remaining days. 1 TB x (25 days he paid / 30 days in April) = 853 GB. So the user will get 853 GB BW for the month.Some readers

    Yearly plan – BW is reset at the end of the billing cycle, ie, after 1 year! *Addon BW purchased is expired at the end of billing cycle! For example, your yearly plan expires on 31st Dec and you purchased ADD ON of 10 TB BW on 29th Dec, this new ADD ON will be expired with the primary plan.     The bandwidth usage analytics is not instant. The analytics update time is dependent on the network that you are using. The Standard, Volume, and premium network usually takes up to 24 hrs of time. The enterprise network usually takes up to 3 days of time.     Yes, ADD-ON BW rollover for up to 12 months, but your base BW expires at of the month regardless of how much you have consumed. Base BW is the minimum BW which you purchased per month, it starts from 1 TB per month. The ADD-ON BW roll happens on the 7th of every month after consolidating all usage.   • How my Disk Usage is calculated?
    In our architecture, the Disk Usage is calculated in the following way: Our architecture keeps record of every day’s disk usage ( PUSH Zone contents + DVR ) for a month, then take the average usage for that particular month and take its 95% and show that as the Final Disk Usage. For Example: A user has kept 1000MB file through out the month in his push zone. So when we calculate the average for the month it will be 1000MB * 31 days = 31000 MB / 31 days = 1000MB average. 95% of 1000MB is 950MFew readers
